If a members site is reported to be breaking the rules stated in our terms, they will be allowed 3 offenses (up to 3 sites reported). At which time we will remove that members account and they will forfeight all earnings and credits. Each site we find to be breaking our rules will first be suspended until we investigate the complaint further. If we find the site to be breaking our rules we will then remove that site and the member will lose all credits assigned to that particular website.

We are doing this for the simple fact as we are on here all day trying to keep Universal-Hits.Com clean and clear of any sites which break rules. Some might think these are harsh or unfair terms, but think about the harsh members in the program that do not read these terms and fail to comply with our rules, it?s only fair.

Check your sites in our rotation daily. Make sure they do not break our rules. We understand that alot of programs are affiliate programs which members promote. They have no control over what content is on the sites or if the webmaster changes or ads stuff which could break rules. It is still your responsibility as a webmaster yourself to monitor the sites to make sure they do not break the rules. If you find out they do then you need to change the URL of that particular site to one which follows our rules so you do not lose your credits. If you do not have any other sites to promote for that particular spot with credits assigned to them, you may contact us and ask us to add them back to your un-assigned credit bank.

Your account will be deleted if it is inactive for 30 days or if we cannot send e-mails to you. Your login email must be kept active. You can change it anytime with the Edit button. Bounced email is a cause for account deletion or suspension.

You may promote multiple sites but may have only one free account.

Members who have purchased Member Units may have one accounts also may purchase 1 extra acount when you purchase shares. Each account must have a unique email address. You will not be able to use more than one account at the same time on the same PC. You will need to Logout to change accounts.

You agree to receive emails from our administration and marketing departments, and from your upline and downline (single levels). Your personal information will not be shared with others.

You accept that your account may be assigned to an upline member. You will have the right to object to such assignment.

Member fees are not refundable under any circumstances. You understand that to reverse or chargeback any payment may damage the program and its members. Any dispute will be settled by Universal-Hits.Com

Earnings are not guaranteed and payments to you are dependant on the net income of Universal-Hits.Com

If we are unable to pay all our members on a regular basis in the full amount requested then we will pay a Percent instead.

The proposed earning percentage rates and the proposed single-level referral commission on paid upgrades may be varied if necessary at times of slow growth to ensure the continued operation of the program. No commission is payable on bonus upgrades.

To receive commission, your referrals must use the link found on the Referral page of your account and ensure that your Referral ID is entered on the sign-up form. You may refer family and friends and receive commission for the member units they purchase. You may all use the same computer but not at the same time. You will have to Logout to change accounts.

Cashouts may be requested once per month per account. You may only request a cashout for earnings generated from the previous month. If you request a cashout for the same month you are currently in the request will go ingnored and we will not reply to any emails asking why we did not pay out.

You are welcome to promote Universal-Hits.Com but making false representations, using any form of SPAM or UCE including bulk email or posting to forums, lists or newsgroups etc where such postings are not welcome, will result in the cancellation of your account, the loss of payments and earnings, and prosecution.

In particular, you agree not to attempt fraudulent payments, not to attempt to charge-back or cancel payments, not to complain to providers or authorities and not to spread negative opinions which could undermine confidence in the program. Members of Universal-Hits.Com may request 1 cashout per 30 days. If a member requests any additional cashouts before 30 days it will be ignored and that member will have to re-request a cashout.
